Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL experience! I was at the Serenity Suite and having my own private balcony that is 100 square feet was UNBELIEVABLE. Staff was amazing too. Special thanks to Kayles — front desk staff who is very accommodating and explained all of the amenities in detail. He even followed-up to ensure that my stay is doing well. Leyla of front desk also very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

I went to The Chatwal on 12/23 with my girls. From arrival to departure we have had a wonderful wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a Zen suite (very impressive suite btw) upon arrival, which we enjoyed so much that we spent extra time there. Staff was so friendly, check-in was a breeze, room service was so quick. If I could, I would rate this luxurious hotel more than 5 stars!!

Our family and friends stayed at The Chatwal Hotel in NYC and couldn’t have been happier. The location was ideal for enjoying Times Square, yet once inside it was peaceful and quiet. The front desk team was exceptional—welcoming, accommodating, and truly the stars of our stay. A special thank you to Kayles for going above and beyond to make everything perfect. Highly recommend!

The room was very spacious and good looking, with nice Frette sheets, a big bathroom and great shower. Service was friendly and helpful, but one day they forgot to clean up our room even thought we asked. Location is convenient if you want to be close to Times Square and broadway. At the same time it also is a very busy part of town, so choose wisely.

I just completed a four-night stay at the Chatwal in the 8th floor Hollywood Suite. I enjoyed the first floor lobby bar, dinner at The Lambs Club, and breakfast at The Lambs Club for Globalist breakfast. My room was fantastic! I appreciated the mini-fridge in addition to the minibar. Little touches like books about Mae West and Cary Grant fit the theater district, and professional touches like fresh flowers made the stay special. Special shout-out to Suyapa Adames from housekeeping, who was not only incredibly thorough but incredibly kind, gracious, welcoming, and friendly. She treated me (and I'm sure every other guest) like I was a celebrity. Kudos to the whole Chatwal staff, from Michael at the door to Suyapa taking care of the 8th floor. Really special stay.

Where Luxury Meets Exceptional Service Our stay at The Chatwal, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt was absolutely outstanding this is truly where luxury meets comfort and service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The level of attention to detail was incredible even having a butler who ironed our dresses made us feel genuinely cared for. Here, you truly get what you pay for. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after long days in the city. Customer service across the entire hotel was exceptional. A special mention goes to Michael the bellman, who consistently went above and beyond. He always greeted us with a friendly smile, opened doors, assisted us promptly, and made sure we were taken care of at all times. The restaurant was amazing every dish was outstanding and truly felt out of this world. The overall environment of the hotel was not only immaculately clean, but also beautifully decorated, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. After all the walking around the city, the indoor pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed a perfect way to unwind and recharge. I highly recommend The Chatwal to anyone visiting New York City who wants to experience luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at The Chatwal Hotel. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. A special thank-you to Michael at the front door, who was always so friendly and helpful, and to the gentleman who assisted us with check-in (we regret not asking for his name). The hotel learned that my friend and I were celebrating our birthday together, and they thoughtfully surprised us with a bottle of champagne, a generous charcuterie platter with ham and cheese, and fresh fruit. It was such a lovely and memorable gesture. The building itself is rich in history and truly reflects New York’s Golden Age. While the architecture is beautifully preserved, the interior facilities fully meet modern standards. There are plenty of USB outlets, the placement of switches and controls is very user-friendly, and both the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Although the hotel is located right in the heart of Times Square, it feels surprisingly peaceful — quiet and calm, with none of the usual noise you’d expect from the city center. In the evening, we ordered room service for dinner. The burger and steak were both excellent — flavorful and perfectly cooked. Breakfast had a limited selection, but the portions were generous, and the quality and taste were very good. Overall, a truly special experience. We felt genuinely cared for and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Excellent overall stay and a wonderful birthday weekend. The Library suite was excellent, and the Murphy bed exceeded expectations in terms of comfort. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, which really elevated the experience. Would absolutely return and highly recommend.
